Positive Reviews from Employees

What did you like most about the interview process?

I got to meet with different teams. However, was confused as to why I didn't interview with the team I would work directly with.

What makes you most happy at work?

Remaining behind the scene in a remote environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most co-workers I enjoy collaborating with. Some are really great.

Constructive Feedback from Employees

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The total culture needs improvement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No performance or raise processes are in place. There is no compensation plan so management and HR do not know if employees are being paid fairly.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership should hear from everyone. Stop taking words in stone from the people who are considered high performers. Employees want to feel comfortable sharing. Get better at creating programs that help employees feel connected and safe.
