Like any company it's changing all of the time. We have a fantastic concept, product and a Golden CEO
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Personal development and most of our leaders. There are a few that need to be cleared out, but most are on a true good mission.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You make what you want and what you're worth. They've added bonuses since we've started and make it easier for new people than it was for us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our leader who isn't with us physically, but is always in our hearts and memories along with his wife that was also our leader. They were the best! Now we're looking for their sons to take over and they can.
