Dumpster fire. I hate it here. Plan to leave as soon as I can. Management doesn't care about us. They are Private Equity owned and are looking to milk the company out of every dime they can until it's sold. No raises. No 401k. Lots of people getting fired. Awful experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't see a solution. This company has changed so much in the past 2 years. Many are actively rooting against senior leadership. We are upset and feel underappreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get it. We are free to discuss our concerns. We are supportive. We know our manager is cold and heartless and we know senior leadership does not care about it. We also work very hard and try to support each other not just emotionally, but professionally.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are requiring us to come back in the office after touting work from home. They are even reviewing badge swipes to make sure we are coming in. Are you kidding me. Micromanagement is rampant. Not allowed to turn off the lights in our cubes(they give us headaches). Awful culture. Toxic.
