Press Ganey Associates Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Vision, talent attraction, fiscal responsibility

Diverse, monthly townhall are helpful to understand how company is growing

No C-suite is without flaws, but prior to the introduction of DD, it was at the very least a well-oiled machine. He somehow managed to sideline a slew of achievers who always have the best interests of PG's operations and people in mind.

Intelligent and understand the interworking of healthcare. Great to learn from.

Thank you for your positive feedback. We will be sure to share this information with the leadership team.

The leadership team works hard to be transparent with their goals and they appreciate feedback from employees.

Great news! Thank you for sharing!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Practice what you preach. DEI and psychological safety are not just tropes. You have to actually practice it day to day including not falling pray to bias - confirmation, fundamental attribution etc.

Setting realistic financial targets & hiring 200+ sales directors

Empathy. Compassion. Leadership. Motherhood. Consistency.

They are requiring us to come back in the office after touting work from home. They are even reviewing badge swipes to make sure we are coming in. Are you kidding me. Micromanagement is rampant. Not allowed to turn off the lights in our cubes(they give us headaches). Awful culture. Toxic.

Practice what you preach to clients! Pay people fairly based on the cost of living in their city not based on South Bend, IN. Address the diversity and inclusion issues that you know you have particularly for African Americans and LISTEN for once to the employees who actually do the work!
