There is really nothing positive. 2 yrs ago I would have said otherwise. 180 degree shift in culture.

The culture and environment at Press Ganey Associates is fake when visitors come around. They hide the disrespectful treatment of phone reps.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nepotism is a big part of this culture and diversity and lack thereof is a huge issue that the company pretends to address but never does.
