What are some of the best things about your team?
Interactive, informative, fun, knowledge sharing,
Down to earth. They understand how oppressive it is. Not backbitera like sales and leadership.
We all get it. We are free to discuss our concerns. We are supportive. We know our manager is cold and heartless and we know senior leadership does not care about it. We also work very hard and try to support each other not just emotionally, but professionally.
