I enjoy the company & team events that we are able to have. They boost morale and bring people together

I like that the leadership team encourages and collects feedback and acts on it. It doesn't dismiss criticisms and actively seeks ways for improvement
What are some of the best things about your team?
Instead of a culture of finger pointing, people are helpful and proactively try to make each others lives easier and better. Senior members help more junior members with their growth
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no blame culture, people are helpful and generally positive. We hire based on that as well - no matter how skilled you are, if your approach is unhealthy and a threat to the company or team culture, you won't cut it unless you are willing to work on yourself
