We actually care about it and spend time analyzing it, surveying our team, and making improvements.

We all have similar mindsets and goals we work towards, making teamwork effective, and it feels almost natural; it's great.

I've never worked with a company where everyone I work with I actually like. It's a breath of fresh air.

I got a chance to chat with most of them and they practice what they preach. Their passion for our mission is unquestionable!

I work with hard working, motivated and talented individuals who solve complex challenges daily. My team members always pitch in when called to do so. There is a lot of mutual respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To me, the best thing is how regularly they consider compensation. I've seen that if I put in good work, there's a direct impact on my income and I appreciate how seriously everyone is invested here. They make the process rigorous but fair across the board.
