Overall experience is positive. The culture and people are amazing. The only thing that worries me is our leadership and how much has our culture eroded over the past year -> Yes, the current macro situation played its role but there was a fair share of bad decisions with no accountability.

Being able to work on projects & tasks of my interest and collaborate with talented people. Move the needle forward every day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not feeling that leaving a company and re-joining it will lead to overall higher compensation. It feels that the reward for consistently well-performing talent is lower compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
1. Proactivity and Ownership. No need to nudge. My teammates are self-drivers that you can rely on. 2. Good team spirit and culture. We work hard and have fun as well.!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a good culture of transparency and responsibility. People care about doing the right thing and aren't afraid to speak up and disagree respectfully, no matter who they disagree with (another coworker, manager, executive, etc.)

Prague office culture is awesome. I don't sense any siloes. You can chat with anyone almost about anything. People are friendly and warm and it is clear that a lot of colleagues are friends with each other.
