What makes you most happy at work?
My team and role - Especially knowing I making an impact! I am looking forward to working with my team mates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership is very transparent about both successes and failures. I also think that the long-term vision of the company is both great for employees and great for the consumer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is great and company benefits are fantastic whether in office or WFH. Response to "work from home" during the pandemic has been great. We got a WFH stipend to invest in our home office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Awesome team of like-minded people who are also true professionals (there is a huge focus on hiring the best people as well, everybody puts their maximum to bring the talent to Productboard). Overall, best team I've ever worked with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Productboard is a unique place to work at. One truly feels as a valuable part of something great. The people and culture have not only helped me overcome all the difficulties during the pandemic, but it also provided an awesome place to learn, grow, contribute and socialize.
