It would be very hard to find comparable company on the Czech market. First the product is interesting, meaningful and used by major clients. Second colleagues are skilled and smart. Third the company takes care of their people. The only downside: we struggle bit with lot of meeting.Need to be picky

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very open and benevolent. Various topics which would have been a taboo elsewhere are free to be discussed here.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues. I am really looking forward to going to the office everyday. The personal interaction especially after pandemic is just priceless!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Coming up with good ideas and suggestions but leaving the final decision on us. Showing the vision but letting us to find our way towards it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The level is set really high in Productboard and you can be sure that your colleagues are the best. Very open minded, open for suggestions and a discussion, healthy reasoning and also great persons. The people in Productboard were a pleasant surprise for me when I joined.
