Setting us up for success. Having all the tools we need to have a successful shift. To do what it takes to make our shifts less stressful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Corporate office allows us to be verbally, mentally and emotionally abused by our guests and our management. We have no 401k. The only thing the corporate office cares about is their bottom line. The continue to make decisions that make our job more difficult. They show no appreciation.
