Business stuck in 1990 with legacy outdated technology, approach and management mentality. Most leaders have only ever worked at QVC and don’t want things to change or modernise. Even though they say they do the cut dead anything or anyone that attempts to drive improvement or chang

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Clear out long standing VPs and Director and desperately bring in new blood to modernise the business. Stop the culture of bullying and mistreatment if new staff by the so called QVC Born and encourage these staff to also move on elsewhere. The cult like environment is driven by VPs who enjoy it
