Ralphs Grocery Company – The coupon/digital coupon/rewards situation is absurd! I have a college degree and still couldn't figure it out. When I finally got someone to help me in self-checkout because only one line was open, they did not help me AND I still paid more than I should have. Utterly absurd.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need more help. Need to stop taking away employee benefits. Employees need to be shown they are valued.
