The Leadership Team needs to Build MORAL with the Employees. The Moral at Store #160 is Very Low and the employees are Treated Horribly. There is No Joy in Working at that store. I was Forced to go to a different store location because of Ill Treatment by Store Managers
Management needs get out of the office and help us out. They spend all their time in the office talking. There should be a serious investigation.
