We are in a good area, so people are generally pretty nice. Our workers reflect this kindness with others and it overall helps in creating a positive culture

Nothing what so ever you are not appreciated at all. The more pressure they put you on the better they like it. They feel they are kings and we are their servents.

Need more help and managements needs to get involved more
Better explanation and misunderstanding og the job at hand
They need to care more. The company needs to care about the employees and the employees need to care about the community they serve.
Upper management. All the way to the president.
The management, the rude coworkers and following the law.
People need to be trained properly on ethics and code of conduct and policies and procedures
Less demanding more from less people and more help doing multiple tasks.

More help. There are too few employees to do the hardest work and no additional employees to help anywhere. Managers are often doing employee level work to fill in the gaps.
