She is a good worker
Leadership is generally accessible and can be approached easily.
Good but lots of things unexplained to me
Everyone works together to come to a solution for any issue that arises. When I am open with my scheduling needs; the team moves heaven and earth to accommodate me. Because of this, I am willing to help and sacrifice when accommodations cannot be made.

Not much to say . I have not been introduced
I I have work for Ralph's for 32 years. Customer service is out the window. I respect certain management members. However there are several management team members that need to improve their customer service skills. It's inevitable to the company to do their best.
Need to get knowledge from staff
Treating employees with the dignity and respect we deserve.
They do a pretty good job at everything for the most part.
The Leadership Team needs to Build MORAL with the Employees. The Moral at Store #160 is Very Low and the employees are Treated Horribly. There is No Joy in Working at that store. I was Forced to go to a different store location because of Ill Treatment by Store Managers
Management needs get out of the office and help us out. They spend all their time in the office talking. There should be a serious investigation.
Everything is taken away from you No hours no respect micromanaged
Review from Sales Dept
humanity... quit with the word salad of "We're all in this together" and treating the employees as disposable. the hypocrisy is embarrassing. I know people working at Ralphs at this moment living in fear of losing their jobs... after decade of service. Seems they're implementing Amazon's policy..

I've created A foundation of stability with this job...I felt secure...2 years ago,it began to crumble, taken away my confidence, and security. I treat customers like familye, they are who made my check possible,I hope they wish to return.
Invest in your employees - train them and respect them. They keep the lights on in your store.
stop the lip service and say they care about their employees when they don't.
They understand each other and talk politely
Having respect for the team they are leading
Following the rules and protocol and communication
Being team players. Being considerate and fair.
caring about their employees and customers
Fair and realistic goals. Staffing based on need not reduced hourly goals which determine bonus incentives. Providing the necessary tools to perform the job ie: enough trolleys for pick up, functioning ovens and deli slicers and caring about store cleanliness, especially employee bathrooms.
Communication and leadership are lacking while expectations and standards are set too high without proper guidance training or help
Need to listen to their employees needs, stop the favoritism in the store, discrimination among the entire management, harassment issues
