They try to keep us (temps) working right hours to make it affordable to work for them
Wjen I did my interview, I was hired on the spot and they wanted me to stay that very day
Knowing I'm working and getting a steady pay check no matter what others are doing. And I LOVE the fact we can get over time
If they would be more organized in your schedule and be consistent with our hours that would certainly boost moral and help us make enough money to pay our bills. We should not have to beg for a shift b/c we were not given a 40 week
They are very unreliable when it comes to their scheduling. You never know until the last minute if your working that day. They are unorganized and hire to many people for the same job and shift making it impossible to work steady hours so you never know how much money you will make
I would be more informative about the actual hours and how the scheduling really is. Your given a song and dance when your hired. Your under the impression you can work 7 days a week but that is not true. I've never seen a company that texts you daily about working that day
I feel that my Randstad rep does not care about us or whether we get the hours we need to live. There are people who get overtime while some of us get 15-20 hours and we are NEVER scheduled for a week. We get text messages daily (if they want u) asking to work that day. Very unprofessional
The place I work is very difficult a lot of the time. I'm a temp employee at a plant. I never see anyone from Randstad and the plant I work at is very disorganized. There are times we can't work b/c the production line is down then we walk around "cleaning" for 4 hours and lose 4 hours of work
