What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to gain more knowledge of there current role. Need to be honest about the job description when recuiting talents.
There are dinosaurs sitting at the head of CPE division, who is pretty useless and vwry surprised how owen is still there!

They are very unreliable when it comes to their scheduling. You never know until the last minute if your working that day. They are unorganized and hire to many people for the same job and shift making it impossible to work steady hours so you never know how much money you will make

Ranstad is a staffing company. I cannot speak for the corporation specifically, but at my current work assignment, my project manager is horrible. He actively undermines the rest of the management staff rendering them ineffective.

Direct Management needs to be better at leadership, rather than trying to be one of the "crew". Putting aside ego & politicking would help.
