What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should more than often ask themselves if what they do actually should be done in the first place. But since there is no clear vision, and a thick proxy of middle management and their goons, that task descriptions are not open for debate.

The majority of people there are so miserable that it’s even hard to interact with them on a regular basis they’re tired overworked underpaid and under appreciated which of course makes them very cranky and he will constantly have someone sending you nasty emails or yelling at you in the hal
We are all temp so it is cut throat. Some have been temps for 5 years and threatened by anyone/everyone.

need to focus on following instructions
Communication is the main thing. I wanted to be kept in the loop and not just get an email when your assignment ends saying that they will be in touch whenever comes available. Have a gameplan for me and put something into action.
