They don't value you unless you're a boy & a gamer. Tolerate & promote toxic employees who make the work culture intolerable. CEO is a total egomaniac who thinks everyone should work a 60+ hour week like he does. Only benefit was catered lunch & unlimited drinks & snacks. Horrible place to work!

I had a great manager but the overall leadership team only valued gamers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The toxic employees tainted all aspects of working there. I dreaded going to work.
