What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very chill and arent too annoying unlike the higher ups in singapore who stay couped up in their little cubbies
better than the one from MSi wich i worked before at MSI we don,t even need to give any warnaty

Respect employees, less vindictive, open mind and open communication

Understand technology, not create blunders by appointing non-tech to lead core tech areas

Bonuses every quarter was super nice

I would like to make more
Meet the market rate in different geography and location instead of using Singapore (where its headquarters is) as a standard.
bosses do not treat the staff here as humans

the team works with eachother and we help eachother

Respect and value experience even if you're not a gamer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
its an nice to work company you have plenty of free time
All of our colleagues are working hard
Pros: casual work vibe, creative, inclusive, fun. Cons: hard work, no work life balance, overly competive, strong drive to be a top performer. Reward only top performers.
Everyone work towards the same goal.
The toxic employees tainted all aspects of working there. I dreaded going to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
C suite executives, especially CEO, COO and CFO. Regular meetings are just brainwash propaganda, they need to do things actually making good changes to products, customers, employees and company financials.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They are looking for robot employees who just follow command without raising any questions. The command and control culture dominates and shows in the interview process.

knowing our company is the first gaming company that has high tech and our laptops are the best for gaming

Poor quality of products, de-focused on what the customers really want- killer gaming hardware and software.
