The team and colleagues are great but it's a big race. Sometimes I tried so hard to achieve what I need to do. I felt like I did but it's not enough and not well appreciated. I would love to be better but also happy to be myself.

I like my colleagues here. They're very skilled and also friendly, easy-going. I met a lot of people who accept me as who I am at RentSpree.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't think I am appreciated at what I do. Mostly from stakeholders, I don't think with who I am today, it doesn't fit what they're looking for. I'm trying to improve but it's hard not to be me.
