Regardless of different time zones, locations, or environments, everyone everywhere shares the same incredible energy. The support and collaboration have been completely seamless, we are entirely aligned on our goals, and it already feels effortless.
High skill with low ego. People are genuinely strong technically but still open to being challenged and questioned. Hard problems get solved through discussion rather than in isolation, and that combination is harder to find than either trait on its own.
