What do you like best about the leadership team?
How they inspire and have clear direction even there might be some sudden change of plan but they still communicate it to the team effectively and honestly.

Clear vision for each company metrics and feedback culture
Transparency in communication at the monthly meeting, along with two-way communication, allows everyone to directly ask questions about the company (AMA) to all executives via Lattice. However, I'm not sure if it still exists since we deprecated Lattice

The healthcare benefits are pretty good and include a base gym membership. I also like the free internet and food perks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The transfer level assigned to me as a Data Analyst did not reflect my previous experience as a Data Scientist. I tried to communicate this to my manager, but it was unsuccessful.
The compensation of new hires is often higher than that of long-tenured employees.

We are all open-minded and able to discuss everything related to works and willing to step-in to any task at hands, this create strong dynamic and momentum to achieve things.

Self-driven means that everyone knows and can handle their tasks without any micromanagement. However, it does not mean we work completely independently. We always actively ask for help and engage in discussions when necessary.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have clear guiding principle which effectively impact how we think and approach things. Everyone seems to aware of this principle and try to apply with work-related and even non-work-related which forming such a great culture.

The challenges I encounter daily, such as support tickets, coding solutions, and addressing others' questions that are not routine, bring me satisfaction. I'm happy about this because I have improved and learned more new things than I did yesterday.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lately the goal and what we are aiming is not what the customers pain points. I saw that we are now just aiming to gain, not to solve like how RentSpree was founded.

I don't think I am appreciated at what I do. Mostly from stakeholders, I don't think with who I am today, it doesn't fit what they're looking for. I'm trying to improve but it's hard not to be me.

I don't think many people are excited to go to work, but it can sometimes feel like there are 500 things happening at once and it makes it hard to feel motivated to come in.
The work pace is too fast, so there are lots of gaps that we missed along the way, and it's so tiring to keep the pace fast as they are expected.
