Getting new problems to solve. The company embraces new technology rather than waiting for it to become established, so the work is constantly evolving and I am always learning something new. That challenge and variety are a big part of what makes me excited to start the day

I don't think many people are excited to go to work, but it can sometimes feel like there are 500 things happening at once and it makes it hard to feel motivated to come in.
