Friendly, focused, very capable and smart. I enjoy being with them and am inspired by what they're able to accomplish.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of this comes from it being a small company, but I feel like there's low bureaucracy and high familiarity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Frankly, it's great to simply have the cash! Haven't had stock options before (though I have had RSUs) and it'll be a while before they vest so I don't know yet how I feel about them.
