Amazon: Very hard, promotion is lead by management but pays well.

Hooters: The training process is extremely frustrating. Most of the material is out of date and the testing is never updated to contain the correct answers in relation to the new specs. Kitchen training process is completely outdated. They do not focus on developing their team members or management.

Assurant: Lots of opportunity. Unfortunately jobs are offered to people based on relatuonship rather than talent or ability. There is little or no accountability on managers, and managers are poorly trained. The front line suffere and excellent employees tend to leave.
Whataburger: Okay in the beginning, but after being there so long I realized I was working too hard for such little pay. A great company to work for though.
The Children's Place: Manager is a narcissist, incapable of doing his job.
Dollar Tree: Boring and uninteresting. Same routine day after day.

Ingles Markets: We have 5 cashiers above the age of 55 who work at store #88. We have been passed over every year to get promoted to bookkeeper. They keep bringing in little teenagers and giving them the bookkeeper jobs who make more money than us. We are past being fed up with this discriminating practice.
ArcBest: I have had a great experience so far at ArcBest
Walmart: Working 50 to 60 hours per week. The store is grossly understaffed. I have been there two years with no evaluation. When management says anything it is usually a criticism.
Stericycle: Salary plus commission is okay but not liveable

Koch Industries: This is an amazing Company that thrives and grows to improve our world using the resources we have. Refined energy is their goal to keep our world clean and resourceful. The management is less desirable. There is a lope hole for every solution offered to employees.
Bloomberg: The company does not care about people. The culture is horrendous - yelling, belittling, lots of busy work with no impact. Head of HR is an engineer with no influence. Talent is not valued.

The pay is quite competitive and the benefits exceeded my expectations. Prospective employees should be prepared to work hard.

Sonepar USA: We have already had 2 CEO leave and work for other companies. We have had a high amount of branch managers who have left also. I think it might be the corp culture of Sonepar. They seem to care more about the perception of being a good company, instead of actually being a good company.

Cushman & Wakefield: Letting us worry about doing right by the residents and worry less about getting them sued
