Working 50 to 60 hours per week. The store is grossly understaffed. I have been there two years with no evaluation. When management says anything it is usually a criticism.

It was an overall easy process.

401k match and paid time off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relationship with co-workers. Misery loves company, as they say.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of pride in workmanship. Its just a job for the most part.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part we have each others backs. Most are very hard working and willing to assist others. We train each other with no assist from management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They do not communicate with staff in any meaningful way. They criticize and bark orders. They threaten and berate. Again after 2 years I have yet to receive an evaluation.
