IBM: It has been a lot of challenges, but the company provides all the tools needs to solve any problem. Besides we can count with a great team to work with.
IBM: This is my 3rd time working for IBM. I keep coming back for more.
IBM: My team is always offering me new challenges so that I can develop my professional career. The only thing to improve is the financial compensation, although it's not bad, it isn't as competitive as the current market. Perhaps an incentive scheme with bluepoints or gift cards could be an alternative.

Dish Network: They are stuck in the 90s and not listening to their employees. Not only are they forcing everyone back into the office before it's safe to do so, but they aren't even adding a system that tracks us to the very minute. Dish is not going to succeed in it's endeavors if it keeps up this way
IBM: Organization which provides proper work life balance with lot of perks and learning
IBM: Its easy to get lost in this massive company, which is legacy, matrixed and silo'd.....but, if one is willing to worm around, it can (sort of) be found.
IBM: Most people are willing to help if needed.
IBM: It's been the best company i've worked at, by far, and i've worked since i was 12 years old.
IBM: The work is interesting, clients and colleagues are great. Resources and supported are limited, hence long hours are required, and life-work balance is limited, vacations are short and benefits are limited.
