NETSCOUT: Netscout overall isn't a bad place to work. The pay is decent. There are many stand out employees. It also has problems that many larger companies share, lack of raises and hiring in recent years, many people that do not do a good job, and an upper management that leave a lot to be desired.

SWCA: It can be stressful but challenging. For the most part, I feel supported and appreciated. My biggest issue is not having enough time to do what I feel I should be doing as a Director to support my staff. There are too many competing priorities and I'm not close to reaching my productivity target.

NETSCOUT: There are employees who have been at the company too long and resist change. There is not enough diverse talent in the workforce. Too many issues require CEO input to get resolved. My manager has been very supportive and kind, but opportunities for advancement at my level are limited.

Natera: The company itself is great. I love what they stand for. The pay is solid. That being said, there are issues with leadership misalignment from the top down. The leadership team is made up nearly all men who have been with the company for 8+ years and they are not used to change.
