N-able: fair compensation for my role at other companies is considerably higher and the ability to work from home full time has been removed. Being forced into an office multiple days a week and having to spend upwards of 3 hours a day commuting do not fit with my view of a healthy work life balance.

It seems that the team at Corporate has taken a hard stance on the 5-day work week schedule that was implemented post-Covid, and it has cost us extremely talented individuals.
FSA Federal: The company overall is a good company. I have a good compensation package, & my boss cares about me. The issues are lack of communication & lack of flexibility. There are times I find out things after the fact, or I have to ask. Flexibility is no longer available and that has been a hard adjustment.

Epiq: Working with Epiq has been great. I really enjoy the mid/mid-upper management strategy, and appreciate the CEO's vision. I have found that your experience varies a lot based on department and manager. There is a lot of insecurity about the future given AI and the financial goals.
Epiq: In my experience at Epiq I get a new boss or am impacted by organizational changes 2X year. I stay because it's nice to work remote full time.
NETSCOUT: Like anywhere there are good and bad apples. In my department in particular, it feels like we're constantly tasked with the same challenges and problems that never get solved. Unfortunately, I don't believe the department has any leadership which is a problem. It's demotivating at times.
