What is the best part about your compensation package?

Company 401k matching is pretty good.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

RTO mandates and other wasted efforts, just fix transparency.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The natural company culture isn't too bad, the forced company culture is rather negative.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They seem to want to help make things better but it gets lost in translation as you move up in titles.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Fundamental disconnect with ELT, mini fiefdoms and some people have been there too long which makes change difficult with old ideas plaguing and stifling growth. Also limits internal opportunities as these folks don't leave and mostly promote their friends.
