What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

A nice and humble team

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 15 days ago

Honesty. So far, they have seemed pretty honest about the state of the nation and their goals.

Review from IT Dept

More diverse personnel (genres, nationalities, and roles - in all locations), better office with meeting rooms, yearly public transport ticket as benefit.

Review from Marketing Dept

Consistent travel to international hubs creates clear channels of communication and a global mindset

Review from HR Dept

giving space for automomy and support when needed

Review from HR Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

RTO mandates and other wasted efforts, just fix transparency.

Review from Operations Dept

Stealth layoffs at Christmas are demoralizing. Seeing the top tier get massive pay bumps and stock increases while we get a pittance of stock worth half what it was two years ago isn't great. Yelling about AI with no idea what that even means. Releasing half done features that are never finished.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The pay is below industry average and the raises are paltry. I receive conflicting directions from higher-ups, and decisions randomly made are just as randomly reversed.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to take feedback the results of the pulse survey more seriously. There are clear and strong messages there that they choose to overlook

Review from Customer Success Dept

Too many silos, not enough cross-team

Review from Customer Success Dept

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Good mutual value on what I give and what I get

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 15 days ago

The Vitality health cover that gives me affordable access to a gym.

Review from IT Dept

Free lunch once a week.

Review from Marketing Dept

A satisfying compensation package for the learning and growth opportunity of the role

Review from HR Dept

I don't have an opinion on this

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

fair compensation for my role at other companies is considerably higher and the ability to work from home full time has been removed. Being forced into an office multiple days a week and having to spend upwards of 3 hours a day commuting do not fit with my view of a healthy work life balance.

Review from Product Dept

Below inflation pay rises are bad.

Review from Engineering Dept

Better healthcare options (BCBS) would be nice. Having a way to be promoted or any sort of career advancement. Cross Training or better training/continued training for my job and other products. Lastly, it would be nice to get a raise that wasn't a percentage of a percentage once a year.

Review from IT Dept

SDR pay is about 30% lower compared to similar roles for other companies. At the same time, OTE was changed several times throughout the year with no changes to the overall compensation package. I'd like to see the compensation adjusted to where it aligns with general cost of living expenses.

Review from Sales Dept

I think other colleagues with the same experience get more pay than me

Review from Engineering Dept

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Nice people that actually are nice

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 15 days ago

People are genuine and supportive. They are not out to blame others for mistakes but instead understand that mistakes are human and instead supporting people during issues brings out the best solutions. It is an environment where I feel people can thrive and be the best version of themselves.

Review from IT Dept

Despite being located in a different time zone they are always helpful and responsive, making me feel welcomed and fostering a sense of camaraderie

Review from HR Dept

drive, collaboration, support, efficiency, getting the job done

Review from HR Dept

We encourage everyone to speak their minds, and we provide constructive feedback.

Review from Customer Support Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Most of my coworkers are great people and don’t need to change anything. The problem with our interaction usually stems from how our work is organized, which isn't our responsibil

Review from Engineering Dept

It is just different interacting with people on video calls, not much that can be done about it

Review from Marketing Dept

They need to think things through before they act rather than acting on impulse.

Review from Sales Dept

Care about others and a unified goal instead of being self serving only.

Review from Sales Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

I just cannot get bored that easily

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 15 days ago

Pretty much everybody is enthusiastic and supportive. I do not hear grumblers because the culture is one of working together, supporting each other and getting things done. It is motivating to know that there is so much support and desire to find solutions around.

Review from IT Dept

International company, English as communication language.

Review from Marketing Dept

Investment in local hubs has fostered a strong sense of belonging and championing equity and diversity

Review from HR Dept

diversity, inclusivity, fun, support, sense of community

Review from HR Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

paid more and feel valued

Review from Sales Dept

More freedom to engineers, we are (imo) massively hindered by bureaucracy and processes for example by a different team owning the infrastructure. Working with Microsoft Azure means giving developers freedom and access on demand as Infrastructure and Code integrate heavily (the true DevOps)

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Greater focus on what I could do and what I brought to the company rather than looking for some arbitrary list of requirements I might fail to meet...

Review from Engineering Dept

I spoke with a lot of people during the interview process. It made the process long, but I got a good understanding of the company, from many different perspectives.

Review from HR Dept

The response time was very quick. The managers seemed excited to meet me.

Review from HR Dept

TA is making efforts to ensure that the company has diverse and equal selection process.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

I can just do my job easy

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 15 days ago

Support from my manager and the people around me plus the challenging and interesting work.

Review from IT Dept

That I can do what I like.

Review from Marketing Dept

The constant opportunity to learn and grow as an employee, while feeling that my work truly has an impact

Review from HR Dept

people, interesting challenges, when I'm valued for my contribution, teamwork

Review from HR Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Fundamental disconnect with ELT, mini fiefdoms and some people have been there too long which makes change difficult with old ideas plaguing and stifling growth. Also limits internal opportunities as these folks don't leave and mostly promote their friends.

Review from Operations Dept

I'm bored. My boss rejects my ideas. There's an orgy of meetings during the EMEA and NA overlap. My boss is always in meetings when I need to talk to him. His boss is always in meetings.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Certain approaches used for product development, dictated by the company, lead to stalled progress, routine work, and increased bureaucracy. To fix this, managers above the engineering manager, who directly decide how the team should operate, need to have a DEEP understanding of the product.

Review from Engineering Dept

a lot of fire drill tasks to be performed each day and it can be a overwhelming at times

Review from Customer Success Dept

So many meetings that could have been an email. Everyone complains how busy they are, but nothing is being accomplished. I can't work with anyone one-on-one because they are so caught up in busywork.
