N-able Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

A nice and humble team

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 20 days ago

Honesty. So far, they have seemed pretty honest about the state of the nation and their goals.

Review from IT Dept

More diverse personnel (genres, nationalities, and roles - in all locations), better office with meeting rooms, yearly public transport ticket as benefit.

Review from Marketing Dept

Consistent travel to international hubs creates clear channels of communication and a global mindset

Review from HR Dept

giving space for automomy and support when needed

Review from HR Dept

We don't see walls between us. Whenever I get the chance to meet any of them, they are always very pleasant and welcoming.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They are extremely open to new ideas

Review from Marketing Dept

They are approachable and open to discussion

Review from Operations Dept

Seem capable of making money

Review from Engineering Dept

What I admire most about our leadership team is their gritty determination

Review from Customer Success Dept

I appreciate their openness, genuine engagement with employees, and clear long-term vision that drives purposeful decisions and fosters trust.

Review from Marketing Dept

They want to win together

Review from Sales Dept

I like that the leadership team is supportive, approachable, and provides clear direction.

Review from Engineering Dept

They seem to be happy every time I see them.

Review from IT Dept

The Leadership strive to ensure that the business goals are clearly communicated and provides uodate on where we are vs the goals. To add, they create a culture where N-ablites can unlock and reach their maximum potential.

Review from Customer Support Dept

One thing I appreciate about the leadership team is their openness to feedback and drive to improve. However, priorities sometimes shift quickly without full visibility, which can make it challenging to stay aligned and plan effectively.

Review from Finance Dept

I appreciate that our leadership team is approachable, communicates clearly, and consistently supports both professional growth and collaboration across the company

Review from IT Dept

What I value most about the leadership team is their openness and accessibility. Their consistent and transparent communication of company goals and changes strengthens trust and alignment throughout the organization.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communicating the goals and vision to other departments and team managers. This helps with clear messaging to partners when they ask what our plans are.

Review from Sales Dept

What I appreciate most about our leadership team is their clear and consistent communication. They ensure everyone understands not only the goals but also the reasons behind key decisions, which helps create alignment and trust across the company.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

RTO mandates and other wasted efforts, just fix transparency.

Review from Operations Dept

Stealth layoffs at Christmas are demoralizing. Seeing the top tier get massive pay bumps and stock increases while we get a pittance of stock worth half what it was two years ago isn't great. Yelling about AI with no idea what that even means. Releasing half done features that are never finished.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The pay is below industry average and the raises are paltry. I receive conflicting directions from higher-ups, and decisions randomly made are just as randomly reversed.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to take feedback the results of the pulse survey more seriously. There are clear and strong messages there that they choose to overlook

Review from Customer Success Dept

Too many silos, not enough cross-team

Review from Customer Success Dept

Creating a more inclusive environment for all employees.

Review from Sales Dept

Planning to fix the old projects technical debt

Review from Engineering Dept

Setting realistic quota's and not raising them.

Review from Sales Dept

Transparency. I feel as a contributor I do not know what they are working on and why. Each time we have a global meeting it appears that we are being sold something instead of being told the truth. Why is the spin off exciting for contributors vs. execs?

Review from Sales Dept

Diversity. Inclusion. Better benefits. Gender inclusivity. Get out of the "boy's club" mindset. TRUST your employees to WFH when everyone has shown they perform well.
