The company overall is a good company. I have a good compensation package, & my boss cares about me. The issues are lack of communication & lack of flexibility. There are times I find out things after the fact, or I have to ask. Flexibility is no longer available and that has been a hard adjustment.

I do enjoy being able to communicate face to face with the attorneys and other coworkers.

It has been a little negative since the shutdown. But the best part is we really support each other.
