It's a great company to work for and has comparable benefits to the government.

I enjoy working for FSA Federal as a contractor Senior Civil Investigator. FSA works hard to implement policies that support the mission of the customer client, DOJ US Attorney's Office, which is good.

I am very satisfied here.

They listen and genuinely seem interested in you as a person and not just an employee

They are tuned in to the employees and keep them abreast of company policies.

They are professional and provide clear organizational goals and directives.

take the time to fully engage in it's personnel and when promotions or career advancements are made, to fully reward those that are striving for success day in and day out and are doing the job, performing the tasks at hand, homegrown talent, not be so quick to reward promotions to outsiders.

I don't feel like the leadership team is as engaged with their subordinates as they professed to be. Communication is never clear especially when it comes to operational matters (i.e. timekeeping, timesheets, time, payroll, etc.)

Spend more than just an hour or so visiting offices to see what work the employee is actually doing. Performance evaluations should not rely 100% on the customer's comments.

I consider it to be a fair package

I think the insurance is pretty darn good.

The benefits are good overall just not GREAT.

More pay increases and how they are handled.

I am going to submit a request for salary review to my manager within the next week. Based upon my experience and the funding for my position, my salary should be increased.

I believe that the private sector compensates better, and I believe my job is important enough to have comparable compensation.

We are always doing an extra mile in our jobs, with no monetary incentives.

I do not believe FSA fully understands how understaffed we are, and the amount of work we perform on an ensuing basis. We also pay for parking and our salaries are not keeping up with the costs of living. Raises should be performance based and given every six months or yearly.

We're really a team. We enjoy working together.

they are good at their job

Coworkers need to improve boundaries and friendliness.

Managment treats us like we are soverign and some coworkers are verbally abusive, unprofessional and due to length of time in employment have an air of being untouchable.

everyone knows their role and they do their job

It is a collegiate atmosphere.

Everyone gets along as in a family.

My coworkers are professional and nice to work with.

My job is interesting and rarely ever the "same ole, same ole".

Put qualified supervisory in the larger offices.

Nothing needs to be change from what i see.
