They do not micromanage my work
The message that is put out about doing good for the Country and pushing the proper agenda
It has been a little negative since the shutdown. But the best part is we really support each other.
The most positive about the culture is the open-door policy.
It's a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone's input is valued.
Transparency and the desire to keep employees in the company.
Most positive is the work functions that are sometimes provided.
Mission established -many educated staff members
Everyone seems to get along Great.
The people that I work with.
All are welcome and all are treated fairly and respected by FSA.
I think we should be allowed to work from home atleast 1 day a week. We dont get the benefits of being a federal employee, why should we get the disadvantages?
its just a hard time with the government now there are no other FSA employees on my floor or near me
Should be better training for new employees to prepare them for the job that we are doing.
they need to have some balls and give the hourly worker more better raise if they want to keep employee from leaving this company. need better wage raise and compensation. need better wage raise and compensation.
Everything. Clear and effective leadership. Enough work to do that is valuable and not mind-numbingly boring. Integration with the government customer. Better benefits.
Very recently, a new coworker moved to my location. They WFH twice a week while I do not have the same opportunity, but they help with the extreme loneliness of this role.
Give out better raise to employee who have commited to stay with the company. I have been here 5 years and make as much as a mcdonald worker in california. fsa need to treat there hourly worker more fair with raise increase and better vacation and sick hours.
Put qualified supervisory in the larger offices.
Nothing needs to be change from what i see.
Need better living wage been here 3 yrs and only got $1 raise so this does not make me want to stay in this company, fsa need to know The operation we go, the travel we do to HQ, and the people we meet, the info we have just knowing we r getting 23 per hrs is ridicules

Better training, more interaction with employees from upper management to understand exactly what we do on a daily basis. Better pay and benefits with incentives to WANT to do a good job.
Better pay, but I do not come to work for the culture I come to work because it is necessary to provide a nice life for my family.
Please hire better quality people or just be more selective in the hiring and training of people.
