I like working as a contractor for FSA, but the fact that we hardly receive raises makes it hard to want to stay with FSA. Each year our benefits get more expensive and we rarely get pay increases. When we do get an increase, it is extremely insignificant.

Leadership should be fair, respectful, and employee-focused. Pay employees when company closures—not employee choices—cause missed work. Improve he

take the time to fully engage in it's personnel and when promotions or career advancements are made, to fully reward those that are striving for success day in and day out and are doing the job, performing the tasks at hand, homegrown talent, not be so quick to reward promotions to outsiders.

I don't feel like the leadership team is as engaged with their subordinates as they professed to be. Communication is never clear especially when it comes to operational matters (i.e. timekeeping, timesheets, time, payroll, etc.)

Spend more than just an hour or so visiting offices to see what work the employee is actually doing. Performance evaluations should not rely 100% on the customer's comments.

Very comparable if not more than others.

We have a good healthcare package.

There are a lot of company paid courses and trainings where you further your professional development and can receive bonuses for completing and passing courses/tests.

The vacation leave days are great.

Security, Flexibility, Accountability and Stability

The raises are extremely insignificant or non existent. Our benefits get worse every year and cost more. You essentially are making less every year instead of more.

I have received exceeds expectations on my assessments and our district was ranked number one for our size in Asset Forfeiture in the country and FSA was made aware of this accomplishment, but I have not received a baseline or merit increase for 2 years. Sure makes me feel undervalued by FSA.

We come to work, do our work, and management shows very little gratitude. We get more attitude thsn gratitude. More push back for why we can't get raises anx things rather than advocating for us. Lack of empathy or compassion from management.

With the cost of living increase, an increase in pay that's within reason would be greatly appreciated.

Contract cap is too low for the type of work and listed qualifications.

We all work hard to complete the mission of the company and the office we work for. We get along, work together, and we do a great job.

Coworkers need to improve boundaries and friendliness.

Managment treats us like we are soverign and some coworkers are verbally abusive, unprofessional and due to length of time in employment have an air of being untouchable.

Put qualified supervisory in the larger offices.

Nothing needs to be change from what i see.

Coworkers, friendships and having a hand in controlling the criminal acts in our District.

Being ready to serve whoever that needs help

Your employees are your biggest asset. You need to provide raises on a regular basis. You need to pay senior employees more than those that just started the job. You need to reward those that stay with t he company and have a wealth of knowledge. Benefits cost more, pay stays the same.

Increase the pay to keep up with the run away inflation brought on by our overpaid legislature.
