Very positive would recommend this company to friends

My overall experience at my company is that I have been working here for many years and have appreciated the leadership team ability to have trust and faith in the work that I do on a daily basis.

I like how everyone seems willing to help

It has been an adjustment due to having quite a few people to report to in regards to admin proceedures (ie. leave requests). My supervisors are supportive and available if needed, however, housed in a different state but I have become used to this. The support is most important and it is given.

It's a good company and the communication is great.

My Agency Manager supports me and has advocated the best she can for me.

I value how supportive and encouraging the leadership team is. They foster a positive work environment and make it clear that employees are respected and heard.

They seem to care about needs and assist when needed,

The best part of the compensation package is the vacation and sick leave.

I do not utilize most of my compensation package

The compensation package is pretty good. The exception to the best thing is the limit / cap on the sick time accrual.

I am paid fairly for the work I do.

Either better compensation. If you live in Maryland or Virginia, you should be paid as much as a person in DC. If that cannot happen, then other benefits like wellness hours could be offered.

The pay is OK, but there is no room to advance my income.

It would be nicer if we received more compensation.

pay should be a little more

I went for years without raises and for all the work I do I am making much less than most of my friends in private sector. I've cleaned up many major messes in my dept (some that took me a year or more to straighten out)and no one has even thanked me. My recent manager finally acknowledged me.

My FSA Team works cohesively together using each others knowledge and strengths to form a strong supervisory team which our employees appreciate and respect.

The best things about my team is that we are continuously striving to work together and communicate to get things done.

They are open to answering questions.

The people I interact with everyday.

I have a team player mindset. I believe we are all working together towards the same goal. I have very few co-workera I interact with regularly. They, very clearly, do not have the same teamwork mentality.

The most positive is people coming together for holiday events to socialize and interact.
