It has been an adjustment due to having quite a few people to report to in regards to admin proceedures (ie. leave requests). My supervisors are supportive and available if needed, however, housed in a different state but I have become used to this. The support is most important and it is given.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am doing something I really enjoy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly for the work I do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have a team player mindset. I believe we are all working together towards the same goal. I have very few co-workera I interact with regularly. They, very clearly, do not have the same teamwork mentality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very supportive environment. I feel supported by management as well as by the customer I provide work for. The environment is inclusive and friendly. There is very little, if any, office "drama" and everyone gets along pretty well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very supportive when "life happens". They understand we have lives and families outside of work that need to be tended to. I have always recieved reassurance and support no matter the circumstance. This is refreshing for me and not something I am accustomed to.
