My overall experience has been a 10/10. Everyone is very helpful. My training has been productive and offers a ton of resources from manuals, libraries and other people to reach if I need assistance.

I have truly loved working at FSA. I look forward to working each day.

I have been an FSA employee since their beginning & the have developed ibyo a great company. I am hopeful they will win the next forfeiture contract so things can continue as normal.

The company is great. The people I work with are amazing and I feel supported in my career. I do feel that my position is a little stagnant. I don't see much opportunity for growth within the company.

Outstanding company. FSA cares about the customer, the service they provide but also about their workers. Often ask for feedback to ensure that they can provide the tools and support necessary for the employee to feel at ease and successful.

Very helpful. They maintain an open door policy for any questions and concerns.

They need to pay supervisors more. Paying them 2% over what the highest paid employee makes is not enough.

I have been forced to do work outside the scope of my employment in order to keep my employment. I would have thought that FSA would do something to change that, however, i have been working two positions my entire time at FSA.

I was relatiated against for something my supervisor did. Also, I was blamed for something my supervisor did and have been told I can no longer work overtime when I had to take on more work.

Work toward better wages who have longevity

Transparency is needed about what the value/salary worth of the employee is. This company needs less middle management and needs to invest more heavily in the front line workers. Thete is nothing ovetly special. The check is always timely.

Generous vacation, sick, and holiday leave.

The 401 matching benefits are a plus.

I don't feel undervalued necessarily, just underpaid. My wage is below the average for my profession and below average comparing it to a similar federal position.

While I value the compensation overall, I sometimes feel the role expectations expand in practice beyond what is reflected in pay structure. The work often involves urgent, time-sensitive problem-solving and availability outside standard hours, which can feel like it exceeds the baseline scope.

Time in service or performance-based raise

I am a supervisor and FSA is only paying me 2% more than 3 of my highest paid employees. This makes me feel very undervalued.

Open door policy for questions and assistance

Even though we are here to perform a job for a customer, the team also embraces you are a family member. Cares about the work and how they can assist but also is interested in any issues outside of work that they may be able to assist you with.

FSA should really consider letting employees telework again

The management in our district is horrible at this time. Hopefully when we get a new U.S. Attorney it will be better.

I have already explained that the management is treating me terrible because of something my supervisor did to me in my office.
