I feel like the compensation could possibly be increased in accordance to how inflation has become a thing within the last year.
i have been with the company since it started and in my position for almost 3 decades, my pay increases do not reflect the amount of years i work here, or the amount of work I do. Additionally the company does not give any incentives after 15 years to stay. Vacation max's out at 5 weeks after 15yrs.
Supervisors should be getting cost of living and merit raises. Their subordinates shouldn't be getting paid nearly the same amount. FSA should value their current employees and current employees should have preference over outside candidates for promotions.
Have better amount of leave and better pay
I understand there is a contract, but I believe there should be raises based job performance/length of employment.

My team in it's entirety are amazing. We are truly like a family and show up for each other with questions or concerns and we often bounce ideas off of one another.

I do not have many co workers where I am located
It is not so much the co-workers, but just the unfairness of the overall environment that has caused me to be very unhappy and I'd rather just keep to myself. So, there is really nothing that I can suggest that they improve. I can't fault them for taking advantage of the privileges that they have.
It is difficult to recruit quality employees with the pay for most positions.

I think we should be allowed to work from home atleast 1 day a week. We dont get the benefits of being a federal employee, why should we get the disadvantages?

Pace of work. Staying busy
my coworkers and completing a mission.
when im reminded that the work we do if for the benefit of the victims.
I feel the work we are performing is rewarding.
