What do you like best about the leadership team?
The try of support when requested
The leadership team is very kind and understanding
They are always available to communicate and available to discuss problems with
They care for you and treat you as family.
Always Transparent and honest in my dealings with them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The pay needs to be competitive.
FSA doesn't always stick up to the client and adhere to our issues and concerns
Less Micromanaging and more autonomy
Advocating for their employees to the customer
keeping their employees happy, making sure work environments' are good and they are being treated fairly from the clients
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Roth Match - investments
FSA offers very good training opportunities, and the salary is equal to other similar companies.
I feel it is a good compensation package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the compensation could possibly be increased in accordance to how inflation has become a thing within the last year.
i have been with the company since it started and in my position for almost 3 decades, my pay increases do not reflect the amount of years i work here, or the amount of work I do. Additionally the company does not give any incentives after 15 years to stay. Vacation max's out at 5 weeks after 15yrs.
Supervisors should be getting cost of living and merit raises. Their subordinates shouldn't be getting paid nearly the same amount. FSA should value their current employees and current employees should have preference over outside candidates for promotions.
I understand there is a contract, but I believe there should be raises based job performance/length of employment.
Have better amount of leave and better pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to work with each other.
My team in it's entirety are amazing. We are truly like a family and show up for each other with questions or concerns and we often bounce ideas off of one another.
most of them are team players and jump in at a moments notice
Everyone helps each other out and look after each other.
Honesty and willingness to help when needed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more responsible and do better work.
I'm not their supervisor so am hesitant to answer this.
I do not have many co workers where I am located
It is not so much the co-workers, but just the unfairness of the overall environment that has caused me to be very unhappy and I'd rather just keep to myself. So, there is really nothing that I can suggest that they improve. I can't fault them for taking advantage of the privileges that they have.
It is difficult to recruit quality employees with the pay for most positions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork, expertise, and follow though
The fact that we are always laughing and when things are tough we can help one another through it.
everyone is polite, engaging, and friendly.
Everyone is treated fairly and there are many opportunities to develop.
All willing to help when needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think we should be allowed to work from home atleast 1 day a week. We dont get the benefits of being a federal employee, why should we get the disadvantages?
its just a hard time with the government now there are no other FSA employees on my floor or near me

What makes you most happy at work?
Pace of work. Staying busy
my coworkers and completing a mission.
when im reminded that the work we do if for the benefit of the victims.
I feel the work we are performing is rewarding.
the people I work with each day, employees and customers alike.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
FSA and the customer could value our work more. More incentives and pay could be offered
there is a lack of remote days
