What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

They are very passionate about their employees and listen to their concerns.

The Leadership Team is always engaged with their direct reports, and they gather feedback on ways to improve employee satisfaction.

They are very responsive when I have inquiries about procedures, and when I put in leave requests. They provide flexibility for work hours when needed.

The passion for the mission and willingness to listen to ideas.

My direct manager is awesome. Always available if I need help and always advocates for me.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership does not engage with the majority of employees except in the most shallow and performative ways. Those fulfilling the contracts are clearly seen as a commodity to be sold, not part of the "real" company.

Literally everything. Managing people, providing feedback, training, ever aspect of the job. There is no leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They offer help to get hearing aids not many companies provide that.

Overall, hourly pay should be a few dollars higher as a full time employee of the company.

I feel as though I am doing 3/4 the work but my counterpart is making the same dollar amount as me.

It took 15 years to receive a raise. If you value your employees and want to retain them, reward them properly with annual cost of living raises.

Again, there is such high turnover you barely know the coworkers. They are not experts at what they do, or particularly helpful. FSA could literally do anything (literally one thing) to foster a community spirit and sense of employee satisfaction.

Bring more enthusiasm to the job. Stop complaining.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Meeting everyone from different places.

The excellent resources and cumulative experience that our employees hold in asset forfeiture. There is not an area of forfeiture that is not known by select employees of the Company.

We are all mission-oriented and work hard to to keep the clients happy with our work.

That our small team works well to complete the agencies mission.

There is no culture to speak of at FSA that I am aware of. The work environment instead derives from the customer's who we sit with and interact with daily.

Everything. Clear and effective leadership. Enough work to do that is valuable and not mind-numbingly boring. Integration with the government customer. Better benefits.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to go to work and see my partner.

What makes me most happy at work is knowing that our employees have excellent benefits and support from Corporate. This way they can focus on their responsibilities in support of customers.

Having challenging assignments and people who rely on my knowledge, skills and expertise.

The flexibility and the relaxed nature with the agency.

Not being flagged by auditors.

This is the worst job I've ever had. There is no guidance, no support, no room for growth or upskilling.
