It took 15 years to receive a raise. If you value your employees and want to retain them, reward them properly with annual cost of living raises.
I feel as though I am doing 3/4 the work but my counterpart is making the same dollar amount as me.
Overall, hourly pay should be a few dollars higher as a full time employee of the company.

Again, there is such high turnover you barely know the coworkers. They are not experts at what they do, or particularly helpful. FSA could literally do anything (literally one thing) to foster a community spirit and sense of employee satisfaction.
Bring more enthusiasm to the job. Stop complaining.

Being able to go to work and see my partner.
What makes me most happy at work is knowing that our employees have excellent benefits and support from Corporate. This way they can focus on their responsibilities in support of customers.
