My experience working here has been positive. I enjoy coming to work, work with great people and my work is meaningful. It's a great place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is not toxic and cutthroat
What are some of the best things about your team?
We actually work as a team and not in competition.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep us abreast of any necessary updates with the company and our positions.
What makes you most happy at work?
To have a good job and one I can say I like the work I do
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Federal holidays off, great medical benefits, and a leadership you can contact for any issues or concerns.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I have a job that I feel I make an impact, work with professional people and work in a positive environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we're being paid fairly but are due for a salary/wage increase due to the increased cost of living. Other than this, I don't have any other issues with our compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive people who are professional and show each other respect. Seems simple but it makes a world of difference when it comes to the culture and environment at both FSA and my work assignment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with from FSA and the agency I am staffed with work as a team, show each other respect and are professionals. As a result, it makes coming to work and giving my best much easier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have experience working for the agencies and actually care about their team. They are able to speak with the agency leadership and get them on board because of their experience. They also don't have an issue offering team members or agency leadership critical feedback.
