What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is no workplace mentoring at the HQ office. Managers and executives provide little training beyond the basics. There are no opportunities to enhance one's skills and no time to meet to collaborate and work on improving or changing our processes.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Compensation seems to be based on popularity not just work product, volume of work and dedication to the company. Imbalance of bonus structures and annual raises.

I do not feel undervalued but would love to earn compensation that aligns more with what helps my family and allows me to stay in the role comfortably. I think that yearly raises would help out a lot with that aspect.

Inequitable appreciation of the overall work product, knowledge and volume of work I complete vs others who are more highly compensated for less work, consistent inaccuracy of the work completed, and more.

Being compensated for the amount of work that is being performed.

I feel under paid compared to the wages in my area for my line of work.

Communication - Respect - Team is willing to assist each other

Our team is supportive and willing to help with all things to better the overall objectives of the team.

As a team we are able to work with each other and help each other out without needing to ask.

I enjoy the support received from my team.
