My experience at FSA has been a life changing experience. I am working with a company that has a great life / work balance and not once have I felt unappreciated. My leaders have been great, my coworkers are amazing. I have no complaints!

One of the things I appreciate most about our leadership team is their willingness to collaborate and support one another. As paralegals and analysts, we each bring different strengths and perspectives, and our leadership encourages teamwork, open communication, and problem solving.

I enjoy the leadership's availability, support and strategic business planning.

There is no workplace mentoring at the HQ office. Managers and executives provide little training beyond the basics. There are no opportunities to enhance one's skills and no time to meet to collaborate and work on improving or changing our processes.

I feel undervalued because there is no consistent opportunity for salary increases, even when employees receive strong performance evaluations and consistently meet or exceed expectations. Positive evaluations acknowledge our hard work and contributions, but without meaningful compensation

Compensation seems to be based on popularity not just work product, volume of work and dedication to the company. Imbalance of bonus structures and annual raises.

Inequitable appreciation of the overall work product, knowledge and volume of work I complete vs others who are more highly compensated for less work, consistent inaccuracy of the work completed, and more.

Being compensated for the amount of work that is being performed.

I do not feel undervalued but would love to earn compensation that aligns more with what helps my family and allows me to stay in the role comfortably. I think that yearly raises would help out a lot with that aspect.
