I love what I do, but don't feel challenged. I don't have pride of my work because everything I do is reworked by 4 other people. I'm a good worker, but I'm not given the opportunity to be of any value. There's also no room to grow or excel.

I have been on this contract for over 30 years and very experienced with the mission and the work

Although it has taken several years (six months shy of 25 years), of employment I am now ( within the last two years), being paid a good wage and have earned a generous amount of time off each year.

My experience has been positive - I feel valued, supported, and part of a strong team.

Positive. Supportive and Caring managers

They treat you like a person and not just an employee

Overall concern and care for all employees.

Collaborative, supportive, transparent, visionary and accountable.

Positive environment Wanting to make a difference.

They provides a clear communication.

Training, leadership, paying a better wage and better PTO. There's no room to grow. No bonuses offered in the last two years, not even a cost of living increase. Training is almost non existent. When I ask my supervisor for help, I've been told to wing it.

Promotion potential, it feels like there is nowhere else to go but my current position.

Training and promoting from within.

It is great and the company works to keep it affordable

I do not participate in FSA's Benefits program.

Flexibility and paid time off that support work-life balance.

Many options. Flexibility. Fairly treated

It give you what you need and you don't have to pay for things you don't want to or need.

There has been no bonuses offered the last 2 years. No raise of any kind, including a cost of living increase. We're only offered 2 weeks vacation, which is poor, but yet also forced to take that time when the office closes early or shuts down.

I saw there is a new post online for the same position I currently I work with a higher paid from FSA. I worked with the company for a long period of time.

A raise based on performance and cost of living not just an area wage increase every couple of years

I understand we are working on a contract. However, when the customer puts extra work on you because they are unable to fill the positions, the contract does not allow you to get a bump in pay that compensates you for the work you are doing.

It always can be more; I don't feel like we are supported at times.

We communicate and can count on each other

Very supportive and always willing to help out at any time.

We communicate openly and support each other.

Team building. Listening skills. Professional

People are very friendly and helpful.

It depends on which co workers. I get along with everyone and like every one, but because if our lack of training, the knowledge between us is lacking and causes confusion and inconsistencies.

It is diverse and everyone is treated fairly

All are welcome and all are treated fairly and respected by FSA.

It's a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone's input is valued.

Mission established -many educated staff members

Better pay, but I do not come to work for the culture I come to work because it is necessary to provide a nice life for my family.

I love the people and the mission

Making a difference, while assisting with the war on drugs in my community and beyond.

Seeing the results of my work make a real impact.

Never negative vibes. Caring environment

Co-workers are friendly and easy to work with

Management could be more supportive &knowledgeable. I'd like better training and the ability to do my job without being insanely micromanaged. Everything I do is reworked by 4 additional people. How's that efficient? I'd like to have more vacation time off and not be forced to take it for closure.

Nothing, I just want to do my job well and be efficient at work. Also to have the tools that I need to be successful in my position.
