I have enjoyed working for my company and the customer.

I've been fortunate to be where I am, my customer took a chance on me being successful and I feel like it paid off for them and me. I love my job, just not my commute.

I have worked at many small firms but this is the most fulfilling.

I love it here. Everyone has been beey helpful.

I love what I do, but don't feel challenged. I don't have pride of my work because everything I do is reworked by 4 other people. I'm a good worker, but I'm not given the opportunity to be of any value. There's also no room to grow or excel.

They seem to be responsive and committed to keeping employees informed

They are professional and effective

They are willing to teach you and help you grow.

I really appreciate how they make an effort to come all the way to our office to celebrate our achievements with us in person. It really shows they care.

Sharing and concern for employees!

Training, leadership, paying a better wage and better PTO. There's no room to grow. No bonuses offered in the last two years, not even a cost of living increase. Training is almost non existent. When I ask my supervisor for help, I've been told to wing it.

Promotion potential, it feels like there is nowhere else to go but my current position.

It is negotiable based on experience

The pay i receive is great.

The best part of our package is our wide selection of different options, both for coverage and for investments.

I know that the work I'm doing could be compensated at a higher rate but the contract structure prevents that from happening

I feel I'm not being train correctly, my manager/supervisor just tell me what I need to do to do the basic daily things but doesn't explain why or how we do things or how to search for things. Not sure if it's a control thing on her part.

There has been no bonuses offered the last 2 years. No raise of any kind, including a cost of living increase. We're only offered 2 weeks vacation, which is poor, but yet also forced to take that time when the office closes early or shuts down.

I saw there is a new post online for the same position I currently I work with a higher paid from FSA. I worked with the company for a long period of time.

A raise based on performance and cost of living not just an area wage increase every couple of years

The camaraderie is very good.

My team is invested in the customer's mission

Easy to speak with when I have questions.

The best part of our team is that everyone is very kind. No one is shamed for asking questions and everyone is willing to help each other. We are a real team, not just coworkers.

It depends on which co workers. I get along with everyone and like every one, but because if our lack of training, the knowledge between us is lacking and causes confusion and inconsistencies.

communication is key. the current FSA co-worker does not take communication or direction well

I believe in our customer's mission as well, I feel like there is a way for me to contribute too even though I'm not a federal employee.

I always feel like the team has each others back.

The care and concern people show about each other. Hospitality and genuine approach around each other! Very professional and efficient!

Better pay, but I do not come to work for the culture I come to work because it is necessary to provide a nice life for my family.

I get varied experience that is valuable.

Watching my team grow and be successful

Not being micromanaged but being allowed to get my work done at my pace.

I am happy that my peers feel comfortable and trust me enough to seek me out for help when they need it. It helps me feel useful and gives me confidence that I am staying on top of my job.

Management could be more supportive &knowledgeable. I'd like better training and the ability to do my job without being insanely micromanaged. Everything I do is reworked by 4 additional people. How's that efficient? I'd like to have more vacation time off and not be forced to take it for closure.

Nothing, I just want to do my job well and be efficient at work. Also to have the tools that I need to be successful in my position.
