Communication and sharing our strategy and logistics
Easy to talk to and enjoys the work life balance concept.
I really must say that the all around cummunication and personal friendships I have made with my coworkers has been exceptional.
They are very passionate about their employees and listen to their concerns.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership does not engage with the majority of employees except in the most shallow and performative ways. Those fulfilling the contracts are clearly seen as a commodity to be sold, not part of the "real" company.

Literally everything. Managing people, providing feedback, training, ever aspect of the job. There is no leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything that they offer. All the benefits.

I know what to expect every other Friday. :)
The past 24 years have been great as an FSA employee.
They offer help to get hearing aids not many companies provide that.
The 401K and the matching from the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid at the GS-9 to GS-11 level, with years of past experience, when similar government positions in my office start at GS-12 and include substantially more annual and sick leave.

it is not your fault. It is just the position. Not big deal
I think that this question should be rated on a scale of 1-10 rather than yes/no. Nonetheless, Asset Forfeiture is an incredibly niche line of work, I know that I am one of the few people in my state that has it. I'm not saying that I command far greater compensation, just that a few percent greater

Overall, hourly pay should be a few dollars higher as a full time employee of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communicate well and provide assistance for some technical difficulties and or work related.

Teamwork is so seamless that it's often difficult to know who is government and who is a contract employee.

sharing experience and helping with each other
Everyone is looking to help and always make themselves available whenever needed.
They have great personalities and hard workers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Again, there is such high turnover you barely know the coworkers. They are not experts at what they do, or particularly helpful. FSA could literally do anything (literally one thing) to foster a community spirit and sense of employee satisfaction.
Bring more enthusiasm to the job. Stop complaining.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite of different culture, the environment is always full of positive atmosphere, learning new things and inspiring.

Everyone seems to love working for FSA and the snacks in the office are a great bonus.
Everyone gets allong great all the time.

Everything. Clear and effective leadership. Enough work to do that is valuable and not mind-numbingly boring. Integration with the government customer. Better benefits.

Interacting with the customer, fulfilling their needs and the joy on the faces of all I get to make job offers to.
I love the work and the people.

This is the worst job I've ever had. There is no guidance, no support, no room for growth or upskilling.
