What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a positive attitude and drive to get to where they'd like to be. Most this is their first sales job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm overqualified for my position and regardless of my experience and continuous overachievement; I'm still an SDR. Compared to other companies our compensation is greatly underpaid. I'd like a higher base or at least being able to retain lvl 2 without it resetting once achieved.
